CONSENT FORM
NCOHR collects information from you if you register as a member of the network and give NCOHR permission to publish your member profile in the registry of researchers. If you consent, NCOHR will make available the following member profile information about you, to be published in the registry of researchers for public search and identification of expertise: name, contact information, areas of expertise, availability for mentoring students, language skills, and resources available for sharing. If you transmit any personally identifiable information, you are consenting to the public disclosure of that information in the registry of researchers.
Member Registration Obligations
Anyone who registers as a member and completes a profile on the Site shall comply with the following obligations:
- Maintain and promptly update the User Data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete.
- Shall not impersonate another person.
- Shall not intentionally create more than one member profile.
- Shall not permit another person to use their identification for posting changes to their profile.
